Recommendations to authors

Dear authors,

As we talked about it at the end of the conference, we are looking at publishing the proceedings of the 13th ASWA as an Open Access edited volume, with a limited number of printed copies (of course as a first author you’ll get your free copy!). Nothing is set yet though, as we are still exploring editorial possibilities.

However, while writing your paper here are some basic guidelines:

  • your paper should be no longer than 10-12 pages (8,000 words) and include no more than 5 illustrations;
  • your paper will be peer-reviewed, preferably by two reviewers;
  • your paper will appear in the session in which you presented your original paper. The layout of the book will be defined by the sessions (refer to the programme online or in your abstract booklet).

Now, here is the preliminary editorial plan:

  • 15th September 2017, deadline for submitting your manuscript (possible few weeks extension);
  • 31st December 2017 (apologies again for the timing in the year :S) all manuscripts will be cleared and sent for editing;
  • 31st December 2018, well the volume is out!
